Better view of how this Noe Valley home turned out. Two grays, one lighter and one darker and a dove white trim.
Sage body, creamy white trim, darker sage bay. well, we did a little color at the dentals, but still a basic 3 color palette.

Pewter body, dark green trim and silver paint details. (black vinyl windows)
North facing Pacific Heights home - tan body with a lighter tan trim and willow creek window/sash. North facing buildings do best with warm colors to counter act the cool blue sun.
One, two, three... light blue/grey body, a white dove trim and darker blue/grey base.
Client wanted this lovely home in San Francisco near West Portal a peach color. We settled on clay for the body, burgundy for the trim and a peach/white at the stairs. This home is on the small side so KIS was important, also being aware of the busy street and dirt factor kept the window/sash dark.

I've always loved teal. It's a bold color
for the body, but it worked out beautifully.
The trim is yellow with green undertones
and the front door is a wasabi.
This palette of three (3) Affinity Colors is a gem. The purple was suggested
by the 10 year old daughter of the house and the parents said 'why not'.
